Charmylicious Hair operates primarily on a preorder system to guarantee fresh, newly sourced hair for every customer.
When you place a preorder, please note:
✔ Processing & sourcing time: 10–15 business days
✔ Shipping time begins after processing
✔ Preorders are charged immediately at checkout
✔ You will receive updates once your order is shipped
✔ All preorder sales are final
✔ Cancellation is not possible once your preorder is submitted
We appreciate your patience—your extensions are sourced specifically for you
Refunds
Due to the nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, Charmylicious Hair does not accept refunds or returns.
This policy exists because:
- Hair is a hygiene product
- Items cannot be restocked or resold once opened
- Our supplier also follows a no-refund policy, therefore we cannot issue refunds
- Preorder items are custom purchased specifically for each customer

Store Policy
By purchasing from Charmylicious Hair, you agree to the following:
1. Accurate Address Required
Customers are fully responsible for providing a correct shipping address.
We cannot modify or redirect packages once shipped.
2. Shipping Responsibility
Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, Charmylicious Hair is no longer responsible for:
- Delays
- Lost or stolen packages
- Incorrect addresses
- Carrier errors
Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for issues.
3. Free Shipping
We offer Free Shipping on all orders from 350 CAD.
4. Payment Policy
All orders—preorders and in-stock—require an upfront payment, you can choose the option to pay in full or 70% upfront (you must pay in full before orders are sent out to you).
Sale items
Sale items cannot be refunded.
