Welcome to Charmylicious Hair. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.


1. Product Information

We ensure that all product descriptions, textures, and images are accurate. However, slight variations in color, curl pattern, and length may occur due to lighting, production batches, or screen display differences.
Human hair bundles may vary slightly from batch to batch — this is normal.


2. Orders & Payment

  • All orders must be fully paid at checkout.
  • We accept payments through secure third-party processors.
  • Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately to ensure fast fulfillment.

We do not accept cash-on-delivery.


3. Order Processing Time

Processing times:

  • Varies from 10-15 days once order has been placed.

Peak seasons may require additional time. You will be notified of delays.

We value your patience, thank you for your understanding.


4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship using trusted carriers within Canada and internationally.
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination.

Charmylicious Hair is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the courier
  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as Delivered
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay reshipping fees.


5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened bundles
  • Installed wigs
  • Worn or altered items
  • Custom orders

For hygiene and quality reasons, hair cannot be resold once handled or installed.

If you receive a defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery including pictures/videos. We will review the issue and advise on next steps.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase if they have not begun processing.
Once processing has started, we cannot cancel the order.


7. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International orders may incur customs or import duties.
The customer is responsible for all charges imposed by their country.


8. Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order arrives with missing or incorrect items, notify us within 48 hours with unboxing video or images.
We will correct the order immediately.


9. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse, copy, or distribute our images, logos, or product descriptions without permission.
All branding and media belong to Charmylicious Hair.
